Beyonce

Beyonce is a 3-year-old female Heinz 57 mix, weighing 37 pounds. She was rescued from a hoarding situation and is now fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. Beyonce is a sweet, loyal, and loving girl who thrives in the company of other dogs and is learning to trust humans through them. She enjoys daily playtime, occasional zoomies, and running around the yard. Indoors, she's a mellow snuggle bug who adores affection and will happily climb into your lap once she bonds with you. Her foster mom describes her as one of the most loving dogs she's ever fostered, smart, and loyal.

Ideal Home

Beyonce would thrive in a home with at least one friendly resident dog who can continue to show her the ropes, as she feels most comfortable and confident around other dogs. A fenced yard would be perfect for her to run and play in. She is wary of men and would do best in a female-led household. A quieter, more predictable household would help her feel safe and confident.

Training & Support

Beyonce is fully potty trained and is great when left to free roam. She is not a huge fan of crates. She is shy when meeting new people but warms up once she knows you're safe. She is particularly wary of men and is still learning to trust them, sometimes barking when they enter the home or approach her. She does not take treats or allow petting from men. She does well with women. She is more confident on leash when another dog is present.
