Fria-Foster Home Needed

Meet Fria! This sweet 5-year-old, 16-pound lady is starting her new life after being released from a breeding farm. Like many dogs with a similar background, Fria is quite shy and will need a patient and understanding family to help her learn that the world can be a safe and wonderful place. Everyday experiences will be new to her, so her adopters should be prepared to celebrate every small victory as she gains confidence.

Ideal Home

Fria needs a home where she can adjust at her own pace. She must have a confident, friendly dog companion to help her learn the ropes and feel more secure. Families with children under the age of six are not a good fit for Fria.

Ongoing Health

Fria will be evaluated by a veterinarian in late June. Her adoption will be available after her veterinary care is complete.

Training & Support

Fria is new to home living, so she will need guidance with household noises, stairs, furniture, and daily routines. Her new family will need to be patient and kind as she learns.
