About Chase

Chase is a 10-year-old, 12 lb Yorkie mix with a big, silly personality packed into a small body! This charming little guy was found as a stray and ended up at the shelter before coming to us. He was adopted but returned this year through no fault of his own. He's now settling back into his foster home and is ready to find his fur-ever home! Chase is what we like to call a shadow dog—he wants to go wherever his person goes and loves being close to his humans. He's mainly low-energy and enjoys relaxing indoors. Because he has very few teeth, his little tongue hangs out of his mouth when he's happy—which is pretty much all the time! It gives him an extra dose of charm. Chase is very affectionate and gives out kisses like it's his full-time job. He enjoys lounging on furniture near his people, though he can’t jump up on his own and will need a little boost. While he enjoys some outdoor time, he’s not one for long adventures and would much rather snuggle up inside with his favorite people. He’s also a chatty little guy, so if you love a pup with a voice, Chase may be your perfect match! Chase is a fun, lovable pup ready to find his forever home.

Ideal Home

Chase gets along well with some other dogs and kids, but he’s a little too interested in cats, so a home without them would be best. He could happily live as an only pet soaking up all the attention, but he could also do well with the right dog companion. He would need a home where he can get a little boost to get on furniture.

Ongoing Health

Chase has very few teeth.
