Despite these hardships, his spirit remains unbroken, and his heart is overflowing with love. Now safe in our care, Rocky is discovering the joys of freedom and companionship. He thrives in a pack environment, loves to run, and eagerly soaks up every bit of affection he receives. He approaches everyone with boundless excitement, trust, and an open heart, ever hopeful for a brighter future. Rocky has been with us for some time, and we're puzzled as to why he's been overlooked.
