Rocco

Born around December 2021, Rocco is a joyful, bouncy boy with a heart full of second chances. Rescued on December 12, 2023, from a kind woman in San Vicente, Rocco was battling hepatitis—but with love and care, he made a full recovery and is now healthy, happy, and ready to leap into his forever home! Rocco is a medium-energy pup who loves to play, jump, and explore. He enjoys his walks when he is lucky enough to get one and gets along great with his doggy friends in his kennel at the shelter. While he currently lives outdoors, he’s eager to learn what it means to be part of a real family—he just needs a little guidance, patience, and a cozy spot to call his own.

He may be a bit restless at times, but that’s just his way of saying, “I’m ready for something more!” With the right home, Rocco will blossom into the loyal, loving companion he was always meant to be.

He is currently in an outdoor shelter in Nayarit, MX. He will require house training. He can be adopted locally or can fly to his forever home outside of any heat embargos. The most common, but not limited to, flight angel destinations are Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Victoria.
