MOWGLI (Super Smart, Loving, Affectionate, Loves People, Sweet, 35 LBS Full Grown))

Hi there, I'm Mowgli! I'm a super smart, loving, and affectionate 1-year-old Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix, weighing in at about 35 pounds. My unique coloring and my black and white striped tail always get people talking! I'm a happy boy who loves to be close to my people, go for rides, play fetch, and show off how quickly I learn new things. I'm great on a leash, house-trained, and I get along well with dogs, cats, and even horses! While I might sometimes chase, I respond well to "no" and come right back when called. I'm not a big fan of crates, though.

I had a rough start when my previous owners abandoned me, but thanks to a kind person, I was rescued. Even though I was left behind, I'm full of love and trust. I know many commands and am eager to learn even more with my new family! I'd make an awesome travel partner, adventure buddy, and would love to be part of any family fun day. My biggest wish is to be someone's loyal best friend.

Ideal Home

I'd love a family who enjoys spending time with me and taking me on adventures. I get along with everyone, but I do sometimes like to chase, so a home that can help me manage that would be great. I'm not a fan of crates.

Ongoing Health

I'm neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all my shots.

Training & Support

I'm already a smart cookie and know lots of commands! I'm eager to continue learning and would love a family who enjoys training. I might need a little guidance with my chasing instincts, but I respond well to redirection.
