Arlo Jul 26

Arlo is a gentle, shy Miniature Poodle who came from a hoarding case and is learning that people can be kind and life can be safe. He warms up beautifully once secure and enjoys quiet companionship, treats, gentle play, and spending time with other dogs.

Arlo is affectionate, sensitive, and sweet. He loves small dogs, may be selective with large dogs, and needs slow introductions. He is fine with cats, though he is somewhat afraid of them. Arlo would thrive with patient adopters who can offer a calm, predictable environment.

Ideal Home

Arlo is best suited to a quiet household with adults, or older considerate children, and preferably another small dog. He needs gentle handling, patience, and a predictable routine. A fenced yard is preferred.

Training & Support

Arlo is still working on house training, crate training, and leash manners. He responds well to gentle encouragement and benefits from short walks, yard time, and gentle play.
