Mindy - Special Needs

Mindy is a 11-12 year old, 25-pound girl who is ready for a loving home! Mindy is special needs because she can be a bit shy with new people and will bark until she feels comfortable and trusts them. She is a strong girl who loves her walks and can run zoomies in a fenced yard! Mindy's previous owners both passed away, which is how she came to be in rescue. Once she knows her owners, she is incredibly loving and loyal. Foster to adopt is also available for Mindy.

Ideal Home

Mindy would do best in a home with not a lot of strangers or foot traffic. A fenced yard is a must for her to safely enjoy her zoomies. No children. She lived with another dog and may be good with one other dog, but we're unsure about more.

Ongoing Health

Mindy is up to date on vaccinations and is very healthy.

Training & Support

Mindy is totally housebroken! She will bark at new people until she gets to know them and build trust.
