Meet Amber, a wonderful 2-year-old pup who has the perfect balance of affection and independence. She was saved from one of our local Texas shelters and, after raising her three adorable puppies, she's now on her journey to find her perfect match! Amber is past the puppy stage and has already begun learning how to relax, listen, and enjoy being part of a home. She is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks well on leash. Amber rides great in the car and would love to go anywhere with you, as she will immediately lay down at your feet and wait for your next instruction. She enjoys companionship, gentle playtime, and being near the people she loves most. Amber is good around men, women, and children. She absolutely loves to play with toys, running and chasing them, bringing them back, and flipping them into the air to catch them in her mouth. Amber is sweet, loyal, and affectionate, calm yet playful, and thrives with routine and structure. She loves everyone she meets and enjoys car rides, hoping to travel with you.

Amber would thrive in a home looking for a loving companion who will easily fit into daily life. She is perfect for families, couples, or individuals. While she is friendly with other dogs, she would likely do best in a home as the only pet.

Transportation
Amber is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. Out-of-state adoptions are welcome, with transport available for approved adopters for an additional fee. We use only USDA-Certified transport teams.
