Cami is a sweet, shy, and gentle soul who is about to celebrate her first birthday (January 28th)! She's a possible Terrier/Lab mix, weighing around 30-35 pounds, and she's ready to find a home where she can blossom. Cami can be a little hesitant at first, needing a patient and loving family to help her feel safe and secure. Her sister was recently adopted, and Cami has understandably retreated a bit into her shell. However, when she's around other dogs, her true playful spirit shines through! She truly thrives with canine companionship and would likely do best in a home with another playful dog. Cami also enjoys one-on-one attention and would flourish in a quiet environment.
Ideal Home
Cami would be happiest in a quiet home. If there are children, they should be 14 years or older. A fenced yard is a must, as she may be a flight risk while she's learning to trust her new family.
Ongoing Health
Cami is spayed, vaccinated (DHLPPx3, Bordetella and Rabies), has been dewormed, and is on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. A health certificate and exam will be performed less than 10 days prior to transport.
Training & Support
Cami needs some work on leash walking. She is not housebroken, but she does not go to the bathroom in her crate at night. With patience and consistency, she will learn!
