Alby loves outdoor adventures, especially open spaces where he can run and sniff, and he's always happy to join in on outings and car rides. He's a sturdy, larger pug mix with easier, quieter breathing than many pugs, and he enjoys comfort, always choosing a soft, cozy spot, especially with a fluffy blanket. His favorite place is wherever his people are. Alby gets very excited for meal times, walks, and when you come home, letting you know with a cute howl. Ideal Home
Alby would thrive in a home where someone is present most of the time, as he would prefer not to be left alone all day. He has lived with another pug his whole life and would enjoy being the only dog in the home, as he is independent and mostly wants human affection. Alternatively, he could do well with a compatible, respectful dog, though he prefers to be the more dominant dog in the relationship and can become mopey if that balance isn't there. He has shown food aggression towards other dogs, but this can be managed with a well-understood structure for food distribution.
