When he first arrived, he was timid and unsure, but with gentle encouragement, his sweet and confident personality has truly emerged. Watching his glow-up has been a joy, and he now happily seeks out attention and pets from staff.

True to his name, Tracker is a passionate investigator of all things on his walks – every blade of grass, rustling leaf, and intriguing sidewalk smell is a mystery to be solved. He's a medium-energy boy who loves exploring and requires both physical exercise and mental stimulation. Puzzle toys, training sessions, and plenty of sniffing opportunities will keep his clever mind engaged.

Tracker would likely do well with another playful canine companion, provided introductions are handled carefully. He could also adapt to a home with dog-savvy children who understand the need for patience as he continues to build confidence.

Training & Support

Tracker can be strong on leash and currently believes walks are an upper-body workout! We strongly recommend obedience training with positive reinforcement to help him improve his leash manners. Smart dogs like Tracker thrive on structure and learning, so enrolling him in training will be beneficial.
