Winnie Wonder and Whimsy is a scruffy, delightful little package of pure joy! She's estimated to be around 1 year old and weighs about 12 pounds. Winnie has bright, sparkling eyes that make everyone she meets feel special. She's playful without being overwhelming and affectionate without being demanding, always finding a way to make even an ordinary afternoon feel extraordinary. Watching her play fetch, roll over for belly rubs, or just look up at you with that sparkle in her eyes will undoubtedly charm you. She's estimated to be a Terrier mix, but like all rescue dogs, her breed and age are our best guess.
Ideal Home
Winnie would thrive in a home that enjoys life and likes to be active. A family who enjoys tossing a toy in the backyard, laughing at goofy moments, teaching fun tricks, heading out on adventures, and ending the day together on the couch would be perfect.

Training & Support
Winnie is house and crate trained, highly food motivated, and approaches learning with enthusiasm. She's socialized and lives happily with a cat, showing a genuine respect and delight for her feline friend. She would likely do well with another playful dog or a confident cat.

Transporation
Winnie is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
