Meet Banano! This little guy with a big heart is a 10kg Chihuahua/Terrier mix, born in May 2022. Banano was rescued after he was found darting through traffic near CUC University in Ixtapa. Despite his scary experience, he has remained the sweetest, most grateful little soul. He came into care with low platelets and is currently being treated for Ehrlichia and anemia, but he's already feeling so much better! Banano is neutered, vetted, and ready to find his forever family. He's a small to medium pup with a gentle personality and so much love to give. He can't wait to find the family who will finally keep him safe.

Banano is currently in Puerto Vallarta. Approved adopters can arrange for him to be matched with flight companions traveling from Puerto Vallarta, meeting them at the airport. If a Canadian flight companion is unavailable, Banano may fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border.
