Hi, I'm Bonita(17)! I'm about 5 years old, with short brown and white fur. I'm a medium-to-large-sized girl and weigh about 35 lbs.

I was rescued from the streets by a kind person who not only gave me a safe place to stay, but also made sure I was dewormed, vaccinated, and spayed. After completing my treatment for ehrlichiosis, I had a PCR test that confirmed I'm now free of tick-borne diseases.

I'm a happy, playful dog who loves going for walks, but my absolute favorite thing is running, especially at the park! I can be a little nervous when I meet new people or unfamiliar dogs, so it's important that any dogs I spend time with are calm and well-balanced. Once I feel comfortable, my fun-loving personality really shines!

I hope to find a loving and responsible family that will take good care of me!
