Meet Lainey! I'm Lainey, a 1.5-year-old French Bulldog and English Bulldog mix, affectionately known as a "Frenglish!" I'm spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped, so I'm all set to find my forever family. I'm about 38 pounds of pure muscle, love, and bulldog charm! I adore my doggy friends at my foster home. My foster mom says I'm a typical bulldog—playful, confident, and sometimes a little pushy! I'd do best with friendly, non-aggressive dogs who don't mind if I occasionally bowl them over during playtime. I'm the perfect mix of playful and snuggly. I love to nibble and kiss your face. I love wrestling with my canine buddies, but I'm just as happy cuddling up for a nap with my people. I'm also very food motivated, which makes training lots of fun! More than anything, I just want a family to love. If you're looking for a sweet, goofy, affectionate companion who will fill your home with laughter, cuddles, and plenty of bulldog personality, I might just be your perfect match.
Ideal Home
I'd do best with friendly, non-aggressive dogs who don't mind if I occasionally bowl them over during playtime. I'm hoping to find a family that understands how important it is to help keep my back healthy and safe, so please no homes with a lot of stairs or where jumping on and off furniture is common.
Ongoing Health
I'm spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. My foster mom is careful not to let me go up and down stairs or jump on and off furniture. These activities can increase the risk of back injuries, including Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD).
Training & Support
My potty training is still a work in progress since this is all new to me. I'll need a patient family who understands that accidents may happen while I learn and is committed to helping me succeed with positive, consistent training. I'm very food motivated, which makes training lots of fun!
