My name is Penny, and I'm a lovely 9-year-old lady who's looking for my forever home. I was adopted from here once before, back in 2015, and lived in a home for 8 wonderful years. Now, I'm ready for my next chapter and I promise to make it a great one! I enjoy the simple things in life: leisurely strolls, car rides, and finding the coziest spot to relax. All I truly need is a soft blanket, plenty of affection, and a loving family to call my own.
