Despite past hardships, he remains trusting and incredibly sweet. Rescued by Sunnyside Street Dogs, he's now in a loving foster home learning what comfort and love truly feel like. Samuel can be a bit shy at first, preferring to observe new people and places before warming up. Once he feels safe, his loving and calm personality shines. He's not one for chaos; he's a quiet companion who forms deep bonds. Even while dealing with a leg injury, he's been cooperative and kind, showing his beautiful spirit. He's currently receiving all the veterinary care he needs to heal properly.

Transporation
Samuel is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and may go to various pickup locations in nearby towns or states. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360 and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.
