Cholula

Cholula is a sweet, 5-month-old female pup with a heart full of love. She was born into a loving foster home after her mom was rescued while pregnant and injured. Thanks to that second chance, Cholula and her siblings entered the world safe, healthy, and surrounded by affection on January 14th, 2026. Cholula is expected to grow into a medium-sized dog and possesses a gentle, observant, and intelligent nature. She might be a little shy initially, but with patience and love, her true personality blossoms into that of a loyal and affectionate companion. She enjoys following her people, relaxing nearby, playing with her siblings, and receiving belly rubs. Like any curious puppy, she's still learning about the world, and new situations can be a bit nerve-wracking. However, with positive reinforcement, she quickly gains confidence and shows what a wonderful dog she is.

Ideal Home

Cholula would thrive in a home with people experienced with dogs, offering a calm and peaceful environment with plenty of space to explore and play. She would do well with friendly and respectful canine companions, but she needs a home without cats and young children. She is potty-trained with access to a yard.

Ongoing Health

Cholula is vaccinated, dewormed, and spayed.

Training & Support

Leash training is in process. New situations can sometimes make her a little nervous, but with patience, love, and positive reinforcement, she quickly gains confidence.

Transportation

Cholula is located near Bucerias, Mexico. She can be transported to the US and Canada with the assistance of flight companions. If a Canadian flight companion is unavailable during the summer months, she may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border.
