Sugar - Sweet, Affectionate and Loving

Sugar's name fits her perfectly despite everything she's been through, she remains an incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loving dog. She adores people and is happiest when she's close to her person. One of her cutest habits is gently tucking her head under your hand while walking, letting you know she'd love a few pets along the way!

Sugar is not only loving but also smart. At mealtime, she'll often sit politely and sometimes even lift a paw to offer a shake. She is both house-trained and crate-trained, making her an easy addition to her future home.

Currently living in a foster home with four adult dogs, Sugar gets along wonderfully with her canine companions. Her gentle nature and friendly personality make her a joy to be around. She is good with cats!

Sugar's journey hasn't been easy. She and her puppies were rescued from a hoarding situation, and our rescue welcomed them into safety. Sugar proved to be an exceptional mother, caring for her puppies with patience and love. Now that her puppies are growing up, it's finally Sugar's turn to find the forever family she deserves.

Sugar is a 17-month-old Great Pyrenees mix weighing approximately 75 pounds. She is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. With her gentle spirit, affectionate heart, and loyal nature, Sugar is ready to bring love, companionship, and plenty of tail wags to her forever home. She will see a vet for a final inspection before she travels to her new home!
