Meet Queenie, a three-year-old Retriever mix who's 55 lbs of pure charm and spirit! Even though she's only got one good eye, Queenie lives life to the fullest with an adventurous and endearing personality. She's a delightful mix of energy, charm, and a dash of diva attitude that makes her truly special. Queenie loves her walks and playtime, often enjoying wrestling with her canine friends and soaking up affection. While she might be a little shy at first, she warms up quickly and will happily roll over for belly rubs. She can have a stubborn streak, especially when it's time to leash up, but it's all part of her unique character!
Ideal Home
Queenie would thrive in a home with a large yard where she can explore and play. An active family who enjoys hiking or running would be a great match for her lively nature. She enjoys romp in the yard and would be happiest with a big space to explore.
Ongoing Health
Queenie has lost sight in one eye, but this doesn't slow her down one bit!
Training & Support
Queenie isn't overly focused on toys but adores snuggles and affection. She has a curious nature and may try to dig or find her way out of containment if her curiosity gets the best of her, but she's not one to run off. She can be a little timid when meeting new people and has a stubborn streak when it's time to leash up. Homes with children 10 years and over are recommended to ensure the best fit for both Queenie and the family.
