She just needs a little time to feel safe, and once she does, her true personality shines. After she warms up, Venus becomes a playful, affectionate companion who absolutely loves being around people. She enjoys running, playing, and letting her goofy, happy side come out. Whether it's zooming around the yard or soaking up attention from her favorite humans, Venus is happiest when she's included and loved.

Venus would do best with a patient family who understands that the best bonds take a little time to grow. She is good with children and prefers to be the only dog in the home.
