Schnookie

Schnookie is a distinguished lady who is a 12-year-old Miniature Schnauzer, and she's still full of life! She has a wonderful personality and has been best friends with a German Shepherd for the past few years. She walks wonderfully on a leash and gets along with all dogs. We are unsure how she is around children and cats, so a meet-and-greet would be a great idea!

Ideal Home

Schnookie would do well in a home with other dogs, but we are unsure how she would be with children or cats.

Ongoing Health

Schnookie has shown to have some arthritis in her back hips. She is currently receiving supplements to help alleviate any joint pain that comes with age.

Training & Support

Schnookie walks wonderfully on a leash. We are unsure about her behavior around children and cats, so introductions and supervised interactions would be best.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Her adoption fee is $200.
• All animals are provided with age-appropriate vaccinations, are spayed/neutered, and microchipped prior to adoption.
• A deposit can hold your new best friend for up to 1 week to allow you time to complete the adoption process. This deposit is not refundable nor transferable and is not applied to the adoption fee.

Transporation

Schnookie is located in Jacksonville, IL. We are open for visits on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM. Please call and leave a message, and a volunteer will return your call as soon as possible.
