Oslo is a 2-year-old black and brown Yorkie mix weighing about 16 pounds. While the world can still feel like a big, scary place to him, there's a soft, sweet dog underneath just waiting to shine. He can be very nervous and unsure, especially in new environments or around new people, but if you give him time and patience, you'll start to see glimpses of his tender personality. In his quiet moments, Oslo shows just how much love he has to give. Whether it's a cautious lean-in for affection or simply choosing to stay close by your side, those small breakthroughs feel incredibly special - and they're a sign of the bond he's capable of forming. He just prefers to keep a bit of a "don't look at me" attitude while he's playing, like the fun is something he'd rather you discover than watch too closely.
Ideal Home
Oslo is looking for a calm, understanding home where he can move at his own pace. He'll need a patient adopter who can provide consistency, reassurance, and a safe space to help him build confidence. A quieter household without too much chaos would suit him best. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.

Training & Support
Oslo is very good with both dogs and cats, and he tends to coexist well with them in a calm, respectful way. Every so often, he has these little bursts of playful energy-especially around other animals-where you'll catch him getting silly and having a great time. If you have a gentle heart and the patience to help a shy dog come out of his shell, Oslo could be a deeply rewarding companion.
