Lacy is a thoughtful, observant, and incredibly tuned-in dog who would be a wonderful companion. She has a remarkable ability to regulate herself and make good decisions, even in overwhelming situations. Lacy is not reactive by default; she pauses, processes, and chooses. She is deeply connected to her humans and has shown an unusual level of emotional awareness, often responding to her person’s stress or sadness by calmly pressing into them and offering quiet comfort. In the home, she thrives on structure and routine. She is fully house-trained, sleeps through the night in her crate, and settles easily after bursts of energy. She enjoys play, can share toys, and has shown no general toy guarding. Lacy learns quickly, takes treats gently, and wants to get it right. She’s not a couch-only dog, but she also doesn’t require endless stimulation. She enjoys a balanced life of activity, rest, and connection. She’s the kind of dog who wants to be near you, involved in your day, and part of your rhythm. Shower included.
