Meet Andy, a charming 2-year-old Retriever mix who embodies pure joy on four paws! Weighing in at a perfect 50-55 lbs, Andy's story began in Texas where he and his siblings were rescued after being abandoned. He's proven to be incredibly resilient and loving, blossoming into the affectionate dog he is today and is now ready for his forever family. Andy is house-trained, crate-trained, and a true gentleman at home. While he might be a little shy initially, his kind and gentle nature quickly shines through. He loves routine, companionship, and being involved in daily activities, walking nicely on leash and showing an eagerness to please.

Ideal Home

Andy thrives in a calm, loving environment and would be happiest with another dog to share his life with, as he absolutely adores his canine friends. Homes with children 10 years and over are recommended to ensure the best fit for everyone.

Ongoing Health

Andy is a healthy boy and no specific health concerns are noted.

Training & Support

Andy is already house-trained and crate-trained, and he walks nicely on leash. He is eager to please, which will make continued training a rewarding experience.

Andy is currently fostered in MA, but is available for out-of-state adoption. Transportation to his forever home can be coordinated.
