Meet Queenie, a three-year-old Retriever mix who's as delightful as her name! At 55 lbs, Queenie may have lost sight in one eye, but her spirit is as vibrant and adventurous as ever. She's a unique blend of energy, charm, and a touch of fabulous diva. Queenie loves her walks and playtime, especially wrestling with her doggie friends and soaking up affection. While she might be a little shy at first, her sweet nature quickly shines through, and she's a pro at demanding belly rubs. She does have a stubborn streak, especially when it's time to leash up, but it's all part of her endearing quirkiness!
Ideal Home
Queenie would thrive in a home with a big yard to explore. An active family that enjoys hiking or running would be a perfect match for her lively nature. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playful interactions. Due to her curious nature, a home where her digging or escape artistry can be safely managed is ideal. Homes with children 10 years and over are recommended.
Ongoing Health
Queenie has lost sight in one eye.
Training & Support
Queenie can be a bit stubborn about leashing up and may sometimes stop mid-walk for a rest. She also has a curious tendency to dig or find ways out of containment if her interest is piqued, though she doesn't run off.
