Chanel Belle is a 4-year-old, 58lb pittie/boxer mix who absolutely loves people and is eager to be your best friend! She's a happy-go-lucky girl who just wants to be by your side, whether that's snuggling on the couch or "helping" you with chores around the house. Chanel greets everyone with a full-body wiggle and a happy, docked tail. She may have a cute underbite that occasionally peeks out, hinting at her possible boxer or bully breed heritage.
Ideal Home
Chanel would thrive in a semi-active home with a family who enjoys walks and wants a super affectionate companion. She'd be a great greeter for guests and is happy to relax with you if you're not feeling social. A backyard would be a bonus for her to stretch her legs and enjoy the sunshine. She would do best with a mellow male dog who enjoys quiet company, or she would also be happy as your one and only dog. Chanel needs a home without cats, as she was too interested in the resident cat.
Ongoing Health
Chanel is a rescue dog, and while we believe her age to be around 4 years old, breed and age cannot be guaranteed. She has received all necessary vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and is spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
Chanel is eager to learn and already knows basic commands like "sit." She's also likely to know "sit pretty" and could probably learn to dance! She walks well on a leash, only pulling occasionally, and responds well to gentle correction. She has wonderful house manners and is crate and potty trained. Her only request is couch snuggles!

Transportation
Chanel is currently located in Friendswood, Texas, and all local adoptions must be picked up from this location. We offer transport services across the US and to Canada (Canadian adopters will pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT) on USDA licensed vehicles with 24/7 care. There is an additional $87 surcharge for transport.
