He's an energetic and friendly pup who is very unhappy in his kennel and dreams of being a summer buddy! Elmo is eager to please and works well for treats. He just needs a patient and loving family to invest time in him and show him what it's like to be part of a forever home. He's had a bit too much upheaval in his young life and is ready for stability.
