Meet Ozzwald!

This adorable 5-month-old pup, weighing around 32 pounds, is a true testament to resilience and love. Ozzwald's journey began with fear, as he was found terrified and unable to walk on a leash, leading him to a local shelter's euthanasia list. Thankfully, a compassionate foster family rescued him just in the nick of time! Now safe and cherished, Ozzwald is blossoming into the sweet, goofy, and loving companion we all knew he could be. With his puppy-dog eyes, soft fur, and a personality that brings smiles, Ozzwald is pure joy in canine form. He adores attention and his foster family can't get enough of him, describing him as "so easy" for a puppy!

Ideal Home

Ozzwald thrives in a home with other dogs, especially a confident canine friend who can help him continue building his bravery. He has also shown he does well with cats and is great with the children in his foster home.

Ongoing Health

Ozzwald is currently healthy and has no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

Ozzwald is doing wonderfully with potty and kennel training and is learning to navigate the world with growing confidence. He's also improving on leash and enjoys car rides. While he may be a bit shy initially, his loving and silly nature shines through once he feels secure. Given his past experiences, Ozzwald would benefit from a patient and loving family committed to continuing his socialization and confidence-building journey.
