Pearl

Pearl, a delightful spayed female between 1-2 years old, is ready to leave her boarding situation and find her forever family! Weighing in at 55.5lbs, her breed is a delightful mystery – perhaps a spaniel, poodle, or even a fluffy boxer mix! Whatever her mix, she's undeniably adorable and has been a mom in the past. Pearl is a truly special girl who adores children and is remarkably respectful, never jumping on them. After some playtime, she's content to relax. She gets along wonderfully with people and other submissive dogs, but she's not a fan of cats.

Ideal Home

Pearl would thrive in a home with children, as she absolutely loves them and is very gentle. She requires a fenced-in yard for her exercise needs and will not be considered for homes without one.

Ongoing Health

Pearl is currently heartworm positive. This is a blood parasite transmitted by mosquitoes and is preventable with monthly medication. Rest assured, her treatment will be fully covered and managed by FCAR.

Training & Support

Pearl can get overly excited on the leash and is quite strong. While she's generally a low-key dog, she needs at least one to two vigorous play sessions in the yard daily or someone who enjoys running with her to help burn off her energy.
