Meet Felicia!
Felicia is a one-year-old Doodle mix with a larger-than-life personality and an even bigger heart. This extra-large girl is full of love and is happiest when she's spending time with her people, soaking up attention, getting pets, and giving out plenty of affection in return. Felicia loves to play and can often be found wrestling with her canine housemates or zooming around the yard. She's social, playful, and always ready for fun. While she would enjoy having a dog sibling, she could also thrive as an only dog as long as she has plenty of human interaction, playtime, and enrichment.
Ideal Home
Felicia would do best with children who are comfortable around large dogs, as she can be enthusiastic in her affection. She loves to lean into her people while being petted and is known for giving full-body hugs to those lucky enough to earn her love.
Ongoing Health
Felicia is a healthy girl with no known ongoing health concerns.
Training & Support
Felicia is house trained, crate trained, and rides beautifully in the car when secured with a seatbelt. She's currently learning leash manners and will benefit from continued training as she grows into the best companion she can be. Felicia is intelligent and enjoys puzzle feeders and enrichment toys that challenge her mind. Like many clever doodles, she sometimes likes to decide whether a command fits her agenda before responding, so consistent training will help her continue to succeed. She is also working on keeping all four paws on the floor and resisting the temptation to "counter surf," so her future family should be prepared to continue reinforcing good manners.
