SKIP (Handsome, Sweet, Playful, Active, Loves Water--SEE NEW VIDEO)

Meet Skip! He's a handsome, sweet, and playful 4-month-old Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie mix, currently weighing around 25 pounds. Skip and his brothers were found abandoned and huddled together, but thankfully, they were rescued and brought to safety. Skip is incredibly thankful for this second chance and is ready to shower his forever family with love and loyalty.

Ideal Home

Skip would thrive in an active home that enjoys taking their dog on outings. He's a water lover and enjoys splashing in his puppy pool, so a family that appreciates his aquatic hobbies would be a bonus! He's young and has shown adaptability, so he would likely adjust well to living with a cat.

Ongoing Health

Skip is microchipped and up-to-date on his shots. He will be adopted with a neuter contract, meaning his adopter will be financially responsible for his neutering when he reaches the appropriate age, as determined by a veterinarian. Proof of neutering will be required by the rescue.

Training & Support

Skip is a smart pup who is already crate-trained and making progress with house training. He walks well on a harness and rides quietly and calmly in the car, making him a great travel companion. He loves to chase balls and is working on commands like "sit." He also enjoys wrestling with his brother.
