Puppy Preston

Hi there! I'm Puppy Preston, a Retriever mix who's about 8 weeks old. I'm a playful and energetic pup who loves to romp and explore, but I also appreciate a good snuggle session. My siblings and I have been enjoying our time in Puerto Rico, but now we're ready to find our forever homes in the DC area!

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a home where I'll have plenty of opportunities to play with toys, get my zoomies out, and go for lots of walks. Making new doggie friends is high on my list, too! Since I'm still a young puppy, I'll need someone who can provide multiple potty breaks and exercise sessions throughout the day. If you work a standard 8-hour workday, please be prepared to make arrangements to meet my needs.

Ongoing Health

As a puppy, I've received age-appropriate vaccinations, but I'm not yet fully vaccinated. It's important that my new family ensures I receive my remaining puppy vaccines on schedule. Until I'm fully vaccinated, I'll be at a greater risk for illness. I also need to be spayed or neutered by November 11, 2026, as part of my adoption agreement.

Training & Support

I'll need to work on my house training and would benefit greatly from attending puppy obedience classes so I can grow into a well-socialized and smart companion.
