STAR

Star is a fun-loving, happy companion ready to brighten your days! This sweet girl greets people with a wagging tail and a wiggly body, always excited to make new friends. She loves spending time with people, happily soaking up attention whether she's exploring, relaxing, or simply hanging out by your side. Star is an active pup who enjoys walks, chasing tennis balls, and carrying her favorite toys. She can get excited and pull on leash at times, but she's friendly, eager for adventure, and easy to redirect. She has also shown interest in other dogs and may enjoy a canine friend with slow, thoughtful introductions. Like many shelter dogs, Star can feel a little overwhelmed in her kennel and may rush the door when it's time to come out. Once she's outside, though, she relaxes into the affectionate, playful girl everyone falls in love with. Star is still working on her house-training, so she'll need a patient family willing to help her learn a consistent routine.

Ongoing Health

Star recently had a small lump removed from her hind leg, and the biopsy results are still pending. Her staples are scheduled to be removed around July 14, 2026, and our clinic will provide the biopsy results to her adopter as soon as they're available.

Training & Support

Star is still working on her house-training, so she'll need a patient family willing to help her learn a consistent routine.
