After his owner passed away, he and his brother Jack were surrendered to Animal Control. Tragically, they ended up on the euthanasia list simply due to a lack of available time and resources.

Jim spent his entire life on a chain, yet despite this hardship, he has maintained a sweet, curious, and incredibly lovable spirit. He is a true testament to the resilience of hounds! Jim is now ready for a real life filled with soft beds, kindness, and the freedom to be a cherished member of a family. He will embrace this new chapter with gentle enthusiasm and is waiting for someone to show him what love truly means. If you believe in second chances and quiet miracles, Jim is the dog for you.

Jim is an adult dog and has been age-appropriately vetted, including being spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. He also receives regular flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
