Meet Lil Guy Lou Lover, or LG as his friends call him! This goofy, lanky boy is the definition of happy-go-lucky. LG is a social butterfly and a playgroup rockstar who has quickly become everyone's favorite companion thanks to his sweet personality, playful spirit, and endless love for both people and dogs. He's currently thriving in an amazing foster home and is ready to find his forever family.

Ideal Home

LG absolutely adores other dogs and would truly flourish in a home with a confident canine sibling to be his playmate and best friend. Having another dog around helps him feel secure and brings out his happiest, most relaxed self. He's done great free roaming in his foster home when they leave, but he doesn't care much for the crate.

Ongoing Health

LG is a healthy boy who is up-to-date on all vetting.

Training & Support

LG is an excellent walking and running partner who enjoys hitting the trails and passes other dogs calmly and confidently. He's also a fantastic passenger in the car. While he doesn't love crates, he's comfortable and well-behaved when left to roam freely in his foster home.

Transporation

LG is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
