Meet Reese — A Young Soul Ready to Belong
Reese is a 1-year-old, 59-pound Alaskan Husky with a joyful spirit and a gentle, affectionate nature. He was found on the streets of Harris County, TX, and ended up in a busy shelter. Despite his rough start, Reese is a loving dog who trusts people and has a heart full of love to give. He is excellent with people and other dogs, always eager to connect and be close. Reese walks beautifully on leash without pulling, is treat-motivated, and already knows how to sit, showing just how smart and willing he is to learn. He does have one adorable habit—he’ll happily jump up to ask for more pets, soaking up every bit of affection he can get. This boy loves being touched from head to toe, enjoys hugs, and thrives on human connection. He is incredibly loving and would do well in just about any home setting, though an active home is preferred to help meet the exercise needs typical of his breed. With the right outlet for energy, Reese will shine as a loyal, devoted companion.
