Diego

Diego is a super GORGEOUS Portuguese Waterdog mix, possibly with some Poodle and Labrador in his lineage. He's a fluffy adventure seeker with long, soft black fur, beautiful dark eyes, and the heart of a teddy bear. Rescued from a local shelter, Diego is 2 years old and currently weighs about 55 pounds, with a potential to reach 60-65 pounds. He has plenty of energy for leaping and bounding, but he also settles down nicely after playtime or a brisk walk, proving to be quite calm. Diego absolutely adores cuddling and giving big hugs while standing on his hind legs, making him a wonderful companion for any adventure.

Ideal Home

Diego would thrive with a dog-loving person or family who understands he has so much love to give but will need a little time to adjust and settle in.

Ongoing Health

Diego is microchipped and vaccinated. He is also scheduled to be neutered soon.

Training & Support

Diego is housebroken on a schedule. He will benefit from a home that can provide him with continued consistency and patience as he adjusts.
