LUNA

Luna is a silly, joyful, zooming, and snuggling girl who had to wait for her person. She greets her favorite handlers like they're the most important person who ever walked through a door. She loves meeting new people and new dogs too. When she first came to us, she was undersocialized and reactive, and we weren't sure she could share space with other dogs at all. Now she's out in the yard with dog friends every day. She knows sit and shake, she's working on crate training, and she has so much love to give once she knows it's safe to give it. Luna is worth the effort.

Ideal Home

Luna needs a patient, experienced adopter who can give her space to decompress, maybe a room or corner to call her own, and the grace to let her get there at her own pace. Change is hard for Luna, so a calm and predictable environment will be most beneficial.

Training & Support

Luna's excitability is something she's still working on, and a little training will go a long way. She knows sit and shake, and she is working on crate training. She will need time to settle in and decompress in a new environment.
