Meet Banjo! This brave and loving 2-3-year-old Cattle Dog mix is about 34.5 lbs of pure devotion and adventure. Banjo initially came to us feeling unsure, but with time and kindness, he's blossomed into a social pup who forms strong bonds with his favorite people. He's a high-energy, playful guy who adores his toys and learning new things.

Ideal Home

Banjo will thrive in a home with a yard where he can run, explore, and expend his energy. He does well with other active dogs his size, but would also be happy as an only dog if he receives plenty of attention and activity. Because of his sensitive nature and strong attachment to his people, Banjo is best suited for an experienced dog owner who understands working breeds and is looking for a loyal, adventure-ready companion.

Ongoing Health

Banjo is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Banjo is doing great with potty training and house manners with human guidance and is improving with crate training. He benefits from structure and routine. He loves going places with you and being part of whatever you're doing.
