*Riley - Courtesy Listing

Riley is a sweet, loving 9-year-old Terrier mix who weighs 35 pounds. Originally rescued, he has spent the past 8 years with his family and is looking for a new home because of his owner's severe allergies. His family is willing to wait for the right adopter and hopes to choose his adopter directly.

Riley enjoys walks, running in the yard, playing with toys, and spending time with his family. He is eager to please and has no known health issues. He is afraid of fireworks and thunder and is not a fan of mail carriers, hawks, or large trucks.

Ideal Home

Riley does not like strangers, especially men and boys, and is protective of his family. He has nipped at his son's friends but has never bitten anyone. His family believes he would do best in a home without other dogs and with older children, if any. He has successfully lived with a cat in the past.
