Meet Lucy! This sweet girl was found roaming the streets of Houston, TX, with her two sisters. Thankfully, a kind person scooped them up to keep them safe, and now Lucy is in our care, learning what it's like to feel loved. Her foster mom raves about her, saying she's dog-friendly, incredibly sweet, and kennel-trained. Lucy is still getting acquainted with the foster kitties, but she's eager to learn and become part of a loving family. It might take her a few minutes to warm up to new people, but once she does, she's all in! A truly unique feature of Lucy is her eye; she has a black speckle on her crystal blue eye that doesn't affect her vision at all. It's a birthmark that makes her even more special! Lucy is ready to leave her past behind and find a forever home that will cherish her.

Ideal Home

Lucy is doing well with other dogs and is learning about cats. She would likely thrive in a home that can provide patience as she continues to build confidence.

Ongoing Health

Lucy's unique eye coloring is a natural birthmark and does not impair her vision. She is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Lucy is kennel-trained and is working on introductions to foster cats. She is a smart and gentle dog who will blossom with love and consistent guidance.
