Sybil

Sybil is a wonderful, independent dog who is ready for her forever home and her forever person. She was a bit of a challenge when she first arrived, but she has since recovered and then some! She's an easy student and a quick study, and a fair amount of training has gone into her. Sybil loves being out in her yard, watching the world go by, romping with other dogs on walks, and most of all, hunting mice (though she does create some good holes!). She's good on a leash and enjoys her walks. Sybil is energetic but not hyper, and she's the only dog in her kennel who doesn't bark when other dogs are being walked – she calmly waits for her turn. She's independent but also loves her person and will be a dedicated companion. Sybil meets women better than men, and while she does well with other dogs after a proper introduction, she can be a bit choosey about her canine friends. She's a very smart dog who needs someone who is dog-savvy and can provide confident leadership through their attitude and demeanor.
