Sasha

Sasha is a beautiful, approximately 5-year-old, spayed female German Shepherd with a loving and playful personality, though she can be a bit of an alpha. She was found as a stray in June 2021 and, after her owners were unable to find her original home, she joined their family. Sadly, Sasha is very jealous of the other dogs in her current household, leading to altercations, and her family is regretfully seeking a new home for her.

Ideal Home

Sasha is wonderful with young children and enjoys gentle play and attention from them. She would do best in a home without cats, as she does not get along with them.

Ongoing Health

Sasha is healthy and up-to-date on her rabies, distemper, and parvovirus vaccinations.

Training & Support

Sasha likely has some previous obedience training, as she knows "sit" and "shake paw" on command. She walks well on a leash and shows interest in other dogs without becoming reactive. She also rides well in a car. While she primarily lives outdoors, she has had no accidents during shorter indoor stays. Further guidance on managing her jealousy towards other dogs would be beneficial.
