Zeus

Zeus is a handsome 15-16 month old boy who is a bundle of energy with a heart full of love! He's neutered, up-to-date on his vaccinations, and current on heartworm and flea prevention. Zeus is good with other dogs and would love a canine companion. He can be a little shy with new people, but give him about 15 minutes, and he'll warm up to become your best friend. He's a big snuggle bug once he settles in! Due to his exuberance, he'd be best suited for a home without cats or children under the age of 10. Zeus is crate trained and benefits from having his meals in his crate if there are other dogs in the home, as he does guard toys and food from them (though he doesn't guard from his humans!). He's looking for a patient and loving family to give him the best forever home.

Ideal Home

Zeus would thrive in a home with another dog to be his friend. He needs a family with the time and patience to help him settle in and overcome his past experiences. He is not a good fit for homes with cats or children under the age of 10 due to his exuberance.

Training & Support

Zeus is crate trained. He does guard toys and food from other dogs, but not his humans. Providing him with his own space for meals, like his crate, can help manage this.
