About Blue (6mo PUPPY)

Howdy! My name is Blue, and I'm a handsome 6-month-old Shepherd/Husky mix who has recently joined the rescue. I'm settling in nicely, building my confidence, and learning the ropes of being a good puppy. I'm a young dude with a lot of potential, and I dream of a life filled with walks, hikes, swimming, helping you in the yard, and most importantly, snuggling on the couch with my new family! If you're looking for a resilient, funny, energetic, curious, smart, and athletic companion, I'm your guy!

Ideal Home

I would love a home with a nice companion dog, specifically a large breed who enjoys playing, as this will do wonders for my confidence. I will do fine with children aged 6 and up. I am not a good fit for homes with cats.

Ongoing Health

I am up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, and monthly preventatives. As I am under 6 months old, I will require a spay/neuter contract, with a portion of the adoption fee refunded upon documentation of the procedure.

Training & Support

I am still working on house and kennel training, but I'm getting there with patience! I will also need to complete my obedience training.

Application Details:

  • Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
  • An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet me.
  • Due to high email volume, submitted applications receive priority.
  • All rescue work is done by volunteers, so please be respectful of their time.

Transportation

I am currently being fostered in Greeneville, Tennessee. I am available for transport to the East Coast, with an additional transport fee applying.
