He came into our care as a stray after he got out while his owners were out of town and they were not notified of this happening. Despite the unexpected change in his life, Scrappy has remained an amazing companion. He is great with kids, other dogs, and even cats! He is also known as the best snuggle buddy on the Gulf Coast; this lovable guy just wants to be close to his people and share all the affection he has to give. Scrappy is currently located in the Gulf Coast region. Transportation is available to CT, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, GA, and TN. Transports are arranged for specific dates, typically within 1-3 weeks of application approval. Adopters will meet at a designated spot to pick up their new companions.
