Meet Josefina! This sweet girl was found as a stray on the streets of Houston and ended up in a high-kill shelter. Thankfully, her bright personality shone through, and she was rescued! Josefina is a 12-pound lovebug who could stand to lose a few pounds, but don't let that fool you – she's 12 pounds of pure affection! She's estimated to be around 9 years old but still has plenty of pep in her step. Unlike some Chihuahuas, Josefina loves everyone she meets and just wants to be involved in whatever is happening around her.
