Posey is a beautiful girl who came to us in April 2020 when she was found abandoned with her friend Corbin. We tried to find her owners, but no one came forward. Her buddy Corbin quickly found a family, but Posey is still waiting for her special someone. She's a sweet, snuggly, and smart dog, likely house-trained, and crate-trained. She's also great with male dogs!

Ideal Home

Posey would likely do best in a home without cats, as she does enjoy chasing squirrels. We also feel she might be a bit dominating with female dogs, so a home with only male dogs or no other dogs might be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Posey is heartworm positive. She is currently undergoing treatment and will need to complete her course of medication.

Training & Support

Posey is crate-trained and likely house-broken, though she can get bored and may chew on her bed. She is very smart and teachable.
